The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (Mapa) has been keeping an eye on the suspected case of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (Mal da “vaca mad”), informing that appropriate measures are being taken to properly investigate.

The suspect has already been submitted to laboratory analysis for confirmation or not, and from the result will be applied immediately the appropriate actions.
