According to the 2022/23 crop plan, rural credit disbursements reached R$ 239.4 billion between July/2022 and February/2023. Among these resources, about R$ 145.8 billion were allocated to the costing lines; the contracting of investment lines totaled more than R$ 65 billion; while commercialization operations reached R$ 17.2 billion and industrialization operations totaled R$ 11.4 billion.

According to the Secretariat of Agricultural Policy of Mapa, 1,341,573 contracts were made during the eight months evaluated, with 974,424 linked to Pronaf and 159,125 to Pronamp.

In 2020, small and medium producers hired about R$ 39.6 billion in Pronaf and R$ 38.1 billion in Pronamp for financing with different purposes, such as costing, investment, commercialization and industrialization.

The other producers signed a total of 208,024 agreements, which amount to financing in the order of R$ 161.7 billion in banking institutions.
