The Integrated Agrometeorological Bulletin 07/2023, prepared by the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Sustainable Production and Irrigation (Seapi), in partnership with Emater/RS-Ascar and Irga, foresees milder temperatures in Rio Grande do Sul in the next seven days.

The temperature

During Friday (17/2), the displacement of a cold front will cause rain throughout the state, with the possibility of isolated storms. On Saturday (18) and Sunday (19), the presence of a dry air mass will keep the weather steady, with mild temperatures in all regions and minimum below 10°C in several locations.

On Monday (20) and Tuesday (21), the inflow of hot and humid air will keep the rise in temperatures, with greater variation of clouds and rain showers, typical of summer, in the North and Northeast sectors. On Wednesday (22), dry weather will predominate throughout the state, with temperatures close to 35°C in most regions.

Precipitation

The predicted precipitation totals should range between 10 and 20 mm in most locations. In the North, Northeast and Far South bands, the trend is that volumes vary between 20 and 35 mm.

The bulletin also addresses the situation of soybean, corn, horticultural, tomato and grape crops, as well as the condition of dairy cattle and beekeeping.
